Albert is the reason I stumbled upon your blog in the first place...your blog name struck me because I adore Yours to Keep.
I wanted to name my blog after something Strokes-related but I couldn't decide on something. technically, my blog name is a synonym for The Strokes' music, though haha
I think they were acting like that on purpose - it makes it funnier if they live up to the whole media portrayal of them being constantly bored haha. Kind of like the beginning of the 'Juicebox' video in fact.
And it's Simon Amstell doing the interview and this entire thing is very typical of his sense of humour.
Anyway, I love your blog and your obsessive Strokes-ness :)

Popworld was a pisstake on pop shows. I don't think they quite realised this was not serious at all. :)
nah, they had a sense of humour about it (when they answer "horse" at the end, I crack up every time) but I think they were just tired or something.
