The new issue of Rolling Stone

is really really good. I got it a few days ago. it has Kings of Leon on the cover, with a very interesting article (which maps out the boys' lives until their recent superstardom). I recommend that you check it out.

head over HERE for some online exclusive stuff about KoL from RS

KoL were best at the 1st album point, 2nd was good but too samey follow up, 3rd is definitely underated, even by myself and the latest effort is redeemed purely for having 'Closer' as it's opener. MY GOD that is the definition of how to open an album.

Youth and Young Manhood is the best, I agree
it makes me shake. literally, shake, like convulsively.

I also am appreciating their new one more and more lately. I had the opposite reaction to it than to the YYYs new record: for It's Blitz, I hated it at first, then loved it and now don't like it anymore, but for Only By The Night, I loved it at first, then got kind of bored with it, and now am rediscovering how incredible it is.

Kings of Leon are one of the best bands out there today, no doubt about it. I am super stoked, I get to see them in less than a month
