I guess The Strokes have been hunting? some commenters speculated that The Strokes were playing a secret gig in London but that wasn't it...

The most supported idea is that there will be a secret show later in the week and they'll keep leaking hints.
Could also be song/album name but that idea didn't get as much support.
Whatever it is this is fun! I like Sneaky Strokes better than Hiatus Strokes. Warren Fu was replying to tweets. He seems to get a kick out of teasing us fans.
A band called Venison are playing Dingwalls in Camden tomorrow night. They're formally known as The Shitty Beatles. Tickets go on sale at 9pm tonight, I'm definitely going to try. It's 18+ but I'll find a way.
