to me, Barely Legal was always the raw, raw power I hear on their Modern Age EP...and the brisk wake up after the sleepiness of Is This It (the song). and Alone Together has some of my favourite guitar work ever ever ever and I would never mistake it for anything else. it's so distinct in my mind.
